SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

As our products are sourced from international suppliers, processing times may vary depending on supplier handling times and stock availability.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Our products are shipped directly from international suppliers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier disruptions

  • High demand periods

  • Supply chain issues beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.


3. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different supplier locations. You may receive separate tracking updates.


4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided where available. Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the United Kingdom, import duties and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs may apply.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at:

We will investigate the matter with the supplier and courier before determining an appropriate resolution.



RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To initiate a cancellation or return, you must contact us at officiallunariclothing@gmail.com

Returns must be approved before being sent. The correct return address will be provided once your return request has been authorised.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Because products are supplied internationally, return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping fee.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if return conditions are not met.
